The 10X Rule: The Only Difference Between Success and Failure (Wiley, 2011)

I read this book when I first started my entrepreneurial journey. This is one of those books that gave me an understanding about the lifestyle an entrepreneurial has to adapt to become successful.

I have been a major fan of Grant Cardone for over a year now and his focus is on sales. If you are looking to improve your sales, then I would definitely look into grabbing this book.

The major takeaway I received from this book was that if you want to be successful, you have to do the work 10 times as harder as the next guy. If you don’t have the money to outbid them, out work them.

He focuses on doing what the other people won’t do. If you’re thinking of making a sales call for a presentation, know that you’ll have to make 100 calls just to get a couple people to say yes for your presentation.

If you want to build an empire and change the world as we know it, I say pick up this book immediately.

“The economy is not the problem, how people respond is the problem!” ― Grant Cardone
